Hail December! Hail winter (even though we've technically got another three weeks of autumn)! And to appease our new seasonal overlord, let's gather all of the street scenes with snow from the Hartford collection that Joe Sokola sent us, conveniently with one photo from each of the three decades most of our readers concern themselves with.
