Hartford, Connecticut, 1960s

Of all the photos in the collection that Joe Sokola sent us – never fear, we have plenty more to come – most come from downtown Hartford. A handful, however, don’t, so let’s venture afield with today’s two carspotting scenes, which helpfully include street signs to guide our way. Above, we see where Routes 44 and 5 combine in East Hartford, and below we see the intersection of Park and Zion streets southwest of downtown Hartford. What do you see here?
